MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We do not offer a money-back guarantee except for special exceptions, determined at our sole discretion. Refund requests may be refused. If granted, we will not refund associated fees.

All sales are final since it is a service based website no refunds are entertained

EXPIRATION

Unused purchases expire 3 months (90 days) from purchase. Expired purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed.

Unlimited requests/revisions may vary in output volume. Turnaround times depend on complexity and order size. Standard turnaround times apply unless otherwise communicated.

REVISIONS & COMPLETIONS

We offer unlimited revisions, but we may refuse unreasonable requests. Revisions must be requested within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, orders are marked completed.

We will exclusively use assets provided by the client. We are not liable for any copyright issues arising from the client-provided assets.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from our services or this Agreement. You use our services at your discretion and risk.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless SyncWynk from any claims related to the services. If a claim is made, you agree to pay all associated fees.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed invalid, it will be changed to render it reasonable and enforceable. The remainder of the Agreement remains unaffected.
